Update: Lowered my review to one star. Their lease renewal system screws up and I’m put on a monthly payment plan in November. Was suggested to pay the monthly tab for last November. Did so. The lease Issue finally gets resolved and my new lease gets processed. Today, I try to transfer, I get blocked, said I paid late during the issue (no duh, your systems jacked up). Outside of their system, Residents get shafted at every turn while management simultaneously does nothing to improve the living experience. Packages are still scattered everywhere in the mail room because they can’t fix their electronic mailbox system. Leadership needs to tighten up the ship. I’d leave if I wasn’t so close to work. The facility and the amenities are the best in town and the maintenance team is great, however you might as well expect the Dallas Cowboys to win the Super Bowl every year before you expect the front office to help you with anything. They love taking your rent money, but if you can’t make rent payment due to their crappy payment system or if you have a packaged locked up in a jammed mailbox because their mail room is so run down, don’t expect them to be of any service. If you do ask for help, you’ll typically met with some girl who will make the statement “so you’re going to hate me, but…”. Residents aren’t the priority, potential renters are.

Just wanted to leave a review before it got to far in the year! Had a great experience with Sophia back in toward end of October 2025 Sophia was awesome! She helped me resolve new lease regarding certain issues I was having with internet. Sophia was very patient, kind and responded promptly. Issue was resolved quickly! Sophia also showed me where to set up for new lease renewal. I appreciate all her help and support! She was very pleasant to work with : ) Also when signing my lease I think I waited to the last day, so there was some confusion on dates. Mikayla came in and got everything set up quickly for correct lease dates. Shout out also to Bailey for helping me when having internet issues. Baily recommended a to get an adapter to help with speed. Just want to say Bexley is a great place to live! Maintenance is also great! Always take care of issue efficiently and always professional & respectful. I am very happy here! Super convenient to shopping, restaurants ,groceries and parks. Cant beat the location.

We have looked at several properties today and this was one of the ones we are considering. Erica was super sweet and informative. I love the amenities but I will admit some of these reviews about car break ins are an issue. We are on the road for most of the month and that would be a drawback. However the tour we had was nice and I actually am happy that they have people who keep the noise under control. I like the access to the area and the things around. Thanks Erica for being so helpful.

UPDATE: I’ve come back to add to my review. Their website is an absolute nightmare. It literally never loads. Ever. And I’ve tried on my phone, laptop, and desktop computer and it just loads for like 3 minutes and then gives an error screen. Which is incredibly frustrating as I am on the wait list for multiple units. So trying to get on here everyday to check for updates and to look at and compare floor plans is simply not possible. So then I have to call the number and talk to someone to get the information I’m needing (which is always a pleasant call and very easy to get help). Which for me is very inconvenient. I wish I could depend on the website but I can’t whatsoever. Not even to show friends and family the new complex I’m going to move into. It just “loads” until you are forced to give up and exit out and try again for the 18th time. Very frustrating. I still love the property and staff though so I’m leaving the 5 stars. Just want people to be aware of the website always crashing out and not to depend on it. I went to tour this property twice in one week and was greeted by Corinne and Dee on the two separate days. They both were incredibly welcoming and eager to show me the property. Both tours, independent of each other, were very detailed and I was shown every amenity. All my questions were answered and all my concerns were taken into high consideration by both of them. After the tours Dee and Corinne worked very hard to help me find the best deal and the best apartment and they were so patient while I asked many questions and wanted to see many different layouts. Both days I was treated with respect and priority and that was a selling point for me. They went well out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable moving forward with their property. I can’t recommend them enough! And the property itself is absolutely stunning. Everything was so clean and beautiful. The amenities were incredible and there are so many of them. I cannot wait to move in to this property. I found my home at Bexley!

so i lived here for almost 3 years. i had left a luxury apartment complex and moved here looking for the same experience but was completely underwhelmed. the apartment units are very average (my previous apartment was bigger and had floor to ceiling windows and had a more luxury feel) I felt rent was very expensive for the unit’s aesthetic and size as cheaper apartments in the area look very similar but i excused the price because of the amenities and location. soon after moving in, I also realized that the staffs initial friendliness and welcoming nature was more of a front as their demeanor changed once I was already a tenant. I really never felt comfortable communicating with them but this one time I had a leak in my closet from the AC unit that sits above it and called for assistance and was immediately made aware that they would only be doing the minimum which was fixing the leak and vacuuming up the water and was told that if I wanted the carpet cleaned of the chemical and dirty water residue so washed and dried, I would have to contract that myself despite it being their equipment’s fault. after quite a bit of back-and-forth communication, I ended up just having to involve my attorneys in order to get them to clean and dry the carpet. mind you I had to empty out my closet completely and a lot of the clothes had gotten wet and stained, but I didn’t have it in me to waste more time with them to get them to cover dry cleaning too so I just paid for that myself. Also? throughout the entirety of me living there the garage door was almost alwaysss out of order. The worst part for me was that in my last month living there I had an issue with my outlet where a prong remained stuck in the outlet. I called to report the issue very first thing in the morning and had to make several calls to the leasing office to get someone to come out to fix it(about 4 hours later i believe it was) despite it being hazardous and could have potentially caused a fire. and even after all that communication, I was never once advised to switch off the breaker to prevent sparking and only found out after calling a neighbor that I should have done that first thing to prevent a fire from starting. Note, there had just been a fire at an apartment complex maybe a few weeks prior if that. Apart from those big issues I truly only remained at this complex because of the location and having had been able to negotiate my rent increase. The amenities are cute, but are not worth the constant vehicle break-ins, the staff’s character, the mail and package issues, poop left out all around the complex or the homeless people freely entering the complex. Maintenance was so friendly I loved them but getting anything fixed took a long time or sometimes wouldn’t even be addressed at all lol great guys otherwise! if you move in to the new building, I would ask if your unit has had flooding before because the repair to those units was minimal and if you know anything about water damage and water claims you know that repair needs to be done rightttt or there will be signs of mold one day! Also join the facebook group asap so much more is shared there!! also look for the tenant group mentioned in the facebook group. oh and I waited to do this after my move out was done and finalized completely because I felt staff would retaliate if I had done it before just to kind of give you an idea of what they were like. their owner s or management company is just as bad too!! Truly poor service and rather inconvenient for the price if you ask me. Maybe consider just buying a house, my mortgage now is less than my rent was! Good luck living here!!
