I hate living here! NO PARKING! They’re peddling garages that aren’t attached to your unit. Strange cars parked in front of your home daily!

Misleading Information About Accessibility Accommodations The community is beautiful, but my experience as someone with a wheelchair bound parent was extremely disappointing. When touring, I was assured that disability accommodations—such as adding a wheelchair ramp could be provided in accordance with the Fair Housing Act. This gave me hope that my parents and I would finally have a place that met our needs. However, when I received my lease, the unit number had been changed without any explanation. If I hadn’t caught the discrepancy, I would have shown up on move‑in day to a completely different unit than the one I was promised. When I contacted the office for clarification, I was told there was nothing they could do. After being assured that accessibility needs would be supported, this experience made me feel that residents with disabilities and their families are not a priority here.

Jalyn was very professional and helpful and answered all our questions and we really enjoyed our tour and would definitely recommend this community to stay
