Very old complex, they could do better in sprucing it up, it's not really a hideaway spot, just fenced off from the regular neighborhood, very outdated

HOA FEES ARE RIDICULOUS. Board is definitely mismanaged. Safe place to live though

I first reviewed this place 2 years ago, and gave it 4 stars... but.. after visiting there very regularly for the past 3 years I took 2 stars back. The management is horrible.. and very very rude. My friend , who lives there has had nothing but problems .. and we all know what rolls downhill.. which means I've had my share of grief there.. the laundry rooms are dirty always.. ive cartied my own broom down there swveral times... at one time someone set up a basket with a few little laundry aids and a not to please take something if you need it and leave something that you have extra.. it was great because I almost always had more pods than I needed but forgot dryer sheets.. anyway.. management must have disapproved.. because it was gone quickly. Also. In 3 years there has never not been mud or in the summer very dry caked up dirt everywhere .. on every walkway.. just no way around it. And there is a double.standard .. my friend go a reprimand and a fine for having the same portable ac unit that an employee of the property had in the same window of his unit. And some.animals can run free while other are harassed each te thier pet has snuck out the momentairly opened doorr... bottom line.. I am thankful that my residence is not in this property.
