Crystal Springs Apartments wasn’t our first choice at first, but after another property we were excited about didn’t work out, we found Crystal Springs and asked my girlfriend to tour. From the moment she visited, she had nothing but great things to say — the location, the community, the apartment she toured, and the amenities. She also had a great experience with Stevie, the leasing consultant. When I visited in person, it honestly exceeded the hype. The community feels like a true gem in a prime spot — not surrounded by a crowded cluster of buildings and the amenities are genuinely top-notch. The leasing process also went smoothly, and we’re now happy residents. Huge shout-out to Hannah, Kayci, and Stevie for all their help and patience throughout the process. We’re excited to be here and would absolutely recommend Crystal Springs Apartments to friends and family.

This place is terrible, bad management, loud music every weekend, poor construction with doors sticking and not shutting correctly, stinky carpet in the halls, overcrowded parking garage with no spaces, trash room leaking out into hall , weed smoke throughout, broken garage gate constantly, broken elevators periodically, then they’ll stick you with a bunch of bogus charges when you move out, I left I pan there supposedly and got charged substantially for it , 1 blue stain on countertop was charged as well and it was dish soap , WOW! If their crappy made materials soak up dish soap BE AWARE ! Moved there for the walking trail along Trinity River but homeless encampment is right there under bridges all apartments are nice when they’re new but eventually most become problematic .

I absolutely love this place. Me and my boyfriend came for a tour back in October. Sure enough here we are in February. We just submitted our application and are very excited of whats to come!!! Stevie is the bestttttttttt he did our tour both times. Hannah the assistant manager is also amazing. If we get accepted I will return a few months into the lease with updates!!!!
