Nice apartments but zero communication. I applied on Oct 8th, no responses, I kept calling them, left voicemails, being told they would look into my status & call me back, no callbacks from anyone. Only communication I received was an email over 10 days after my application, I responded back immediately and no response to that as well. Called up, spoke with Arthur, said he’d call me back and didn’t like that’s all I hear. Sent him another email and no response to that either. Received an email saying I was approved and he told me differently, maybe they pick and choose. So I actually felt like they just took my application fee and all my personal information and never had any intentions on reaching out to me. I’ve never experienced such a thing at any complex like I’ve experienced here. Do better, communicate with your potential tenants. Just a huge waste of my time, without any responses or closure.

Yessenia was Amazing, communication was awesome. She answered every question I had even if I asked it 4 times lol. She is very attentive. Sweet & down to earth. Loved everything about her. If anyone’s is ever looking into Creekside ask for Yessenia!!! Thank you for everything!

So I was looking to move from California and happens to stop into Creekside Apartment Homes and was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Yessenia, who showed me around the property. I was very pleased and Impressed on how clean and well maintenance the property was . I was pleased with all the information she provided, she also made the Tour of the property Pleasant. Definitely will be considering moving here. Highly recommend you ask for Yessenia.

I’m so thankful for our manager, Yessina. She truly cares about the residents and always handles things quickly and kindly. Creekside feels like home because of her hard work and positive attitude. She really goes above and beyond for everyone.

I had a wonderful experience working with Arthur during my leasing process. From the very beginning, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He took the time to walk me through all the details, patiently answering every question and making sure I felt comfortable with my options. Arthur’s communication was excellent. he was always quick to respond, thorough in his explanations, and proactive in keeping me updated.
