Columbia Renaissance Square

Columbia at Renaissance offers service for its residents through an app called Amenify which is amazing !

After visiting this complex and talking with the Staff for well over a year, I was blessed to be able to move into this beautiful building in February 2025. The staff is prompt, professional and pleasant. When I moved into my unit, it was clean, freshly painted and the staff made sure that I was pleased. As a resident, the staff still responds to my questions and or concerns expeditiously and with respect. There is a member of staff here that provides breakfast for the residents, out of his own pocket, on the weekdays. Some days it's doughnuts, some days it's bacon, eggs, home fries and toast. The coffee is hot and delicious. In addition to the amenities the complex itself boasts various facilities designed to enhance the living experience. There's a well-maintained fitness center, a serene garden area perfect for relaxation, and communal spaces that encourage social interactions among residents, there’s even a theatre. There are weekly events organized for the entertainment and / or betterment that are impressive and generous. All these elements contribute to a vibrant and supportive community, making this complex not just a place to live, but a place to thrive. This is home.

rats, roaches and coyotes in the field next door. People do not park correctly or clean here. Trash thrown in hallways, maintenance people are nice, but unqualified to fix anything. Pest control never shows up and the office will not answer the phone. Car broken into twice, and tagged once for towing, but no reason for tow.
