I rang the doorbell at two different entrances and no one let me in. A kind resident used his key card to let me in, and when I arrived to the leasing office it was pitch black and no one was there. I was texting the number that confirmed my schedule tour and they were of no help. I waited there for 15 minutes until I decided to leave because I could tell no one was coming to help me.

Jessica and Staff work really hard at providing a ever increasingly pleasant place to call home. The Historical Church has been remodeled very creative way. I think there is almost 100 homes here now. The only flaw and I'm told it is to be worked on, is that of the issue with homeless people being able to just stroll on through. Great maintenance staff led by Ricardo.

Out of the handful of apartments I have lived in this was the ONLY pleasant experience I've ever had getting an apartment leased. Shelby was so helpful and kind and made the whole process easy.

I had a great touring experience at this apartment complex. The community was clean, well maintained, and very inviting. The amenities and layouts were well explained! Shelby was fantastic throughout the tour—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed without any pressure. Her positive attitude really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. I left the tour feeling excited about the possibility of living here and would definitely recommend checking this property out, especially if you get the chance to tour with Shelby!
