Kristina was very helpful and patient with us. She was able to work with our delays in moving in which really helped. The place was clean and ready for us to move in. We even received a welcoming gift basket. The process was very smooth and made moving much easier as that can already be stressful in itself.

Our leasing agent, Kristina, went above and beyond to make the process simple and enjoyable! We highly recommend Kristina!! We are so excited to call Chisholm Trail Townhomes our new home! The property is very well maintained, even the pool during winter, which showed me just how much they care about keeping their property maintained. No trash, or junk laying around anywhere in the property. Maintenence team has been out and about everyday and working hard to keep things looking great, always good to see! Huge thanks to Kristina and Chisholm Trail Towhomes, we are excited to do life with you!

I have lived here for a year, the manager and her assistant both are cooperative, the only issue is with the town homes and equipments which is too old and needs to be replaced or renewed anyhow the main reason I am writing down a review is the roaches there which is not treatable due to it’s old cabinets and many other reasons. Just want to give you a heads up if you are looking for a nice, neat town homes it is not the place you want to move in. The rent amount you pay will be fair but roaches are going to accompany you there for a year.

The asst manger Kristi is so sweet. She helps with any questions/concerns you may have. Although these are old townhomes as stated in a previous review, they're well taken care of! I had a couple things that needed to be done and it was done very quickly. I would recommend these to a family looking for something new. Only thing I don't like is not having ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Nice spacious patio as well as the townhome itself.
