I had an appointment last Saturday @1:30. I arrived around 1:20 to a sign on the office door stating that they were out on the property. After reading the sign I noticed a leasing agent inside assisting two people . I walked in just so I wouldn't be late for my appointment and the frail, older white woman with short hair seemed displeased with me entering the office. I introduced myself and stated that I had an appointment for 1:30 she mentioned that I was ten minutes early and said I could have a seat in the gym with current tenants. I mentioned only entering because I saw someone inside . Im not sure if she needs extra training but her people skills are lacking . Arriving ten minutes early should not be an issue, I work in dentistry so I know about professionalism and that is not what she displayed .

The service is terrible. I'm looking for information. They have a sign on the door that says she's on lunch and finishes at 3:15 pm, but I've been waiting for 2 hours and the lady never finished eating.

Came and toured today with Tamara she was very kind and informative! Looking forward to start my journey here at Chisholm ranch Apartments.

Very well priced apartments in a great area. New management has been consistently working on updating the property. Anytime I’ve had any common issues (plumping, ac, etc) they quickly fix/ replace any issue. Great place to move to if you wanna be within a 1 min radius of any food chain, retail stores, mall, etc etc.
