Bottle House on Main

The property manager Kaleigh is wonderful, she recently took over for this property and has made a huge impact in the short amount of time she has been here. She is prompt and friendly, I wish there were more managers like her out there.

I haven’t moved in yet but I’m applying. Everyone in the leasing office here was very welcoming, the elevators were nice, the pool was beautiful and open year round. I love the dark cabinets and how everything isn't just all white in the kitchens of the units they showed me. This complex is also in an amazing location. I’m very excited to move in and update everyone on how awesome it is to live here. Update: I’ve moved in and my apartment has a lot of problems and things wrong that should’ve been checked/fixed prior to me moving in. There is a giant blue stain on my counter tops they didn’t bother to replace.Dont move into a unit untill you have seen YOUR actual unit. Also they have a bunch of traveling leasing agents. So the person that helped you sign your lease is not going to be there but they don’t tell you that. Then someone else shows up clueless. I had to argue about the pet deposit stated on their own website. My apartment wasn’t going to be ready till 2 pm the day of move in and I had to raise hell about it because I had hired movers in the morning. Never have I ever moved in somewhere and the place wasn’t ready with the keys the early when the office opens. They also didn’t tell me they put it in super small print of the welcome home letter. I did end up getting the keys the day before but I had to be a Karen about it. I’m so sick of crappy management at apartments, hopefully I don’t have any more issues going forward.

Front office staff is very helpful. I love my apt, it feels very safe here. If there are any issues, they are immediately taken care of. It’s within walking distance to many trendy restaurants. The amenities are very nice.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Bottle House on Main! The apartments are modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with great finishes. The management team is super responsive and friendly — they go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. The location is perfect too, within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and Main Street events. Amenities are always clean and well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality apartment in the area!

Since moving into Bottle House on Main, I have truly seen a positive transformation in the community—thanks to Stacy, Natalie, and Kia. When I first moved in, things were a bit rocky with the previous staff and management. However, once Mrs. Stacy joined the team, Bottle House became a whole new place. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and I no longer have to call multiple times to get something taken care of. Thanks to Natalie and Kia, the office is now welcoming, responsive, and the phone is almost always answered or calls are returned in a timely manner. Their professionalism, kindness, and consistency have made a huge impact on my residency here. I truly appreciate everything they do.
