Such a welcoming staff, I immediately felt so comfortable. I loved all the amenities they had to offer overall really such a great experience.

I went in for a tour and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

I’ve lived here for 6 going on 7 years. We pay for amenities that we can’t even use. The pool has only been open once. Every time you call they say it’s “under repair” but I never see anyone working on it. They have a “club house” listed as an amenity… FALSE! Never seen it. The playground is so dirty and outdated. I’ve heard more shootings and police activity here than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. It’s not secure bc the gate has been broken for 2-3 years, anyone can come and go as they please! Also now there’s no security ! Roaches are terrible and maintenance is LAZY ! I wouldn’t recommend these apartments.

“I want to give a shoutout to Ana Aviles, the maintenance lady at Villas By The Park. Anytime something came up, she was quick to help and always super friendly. You can tell she really cares about the residents. Definitely made my time living here so much better!” We are really going to miss having her as she was always smiling and made me laugh.
