Berry Hill Apartments

I recently stopped by Palladium East Berry while apartment searching, and even though they unfortunately didn’t have anything available for my move-in timeframe, I still wanted to leave a review because Angie was honestly amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. Apartment searching can already be stressful, but she made the experience feel comfortable instead of overwhelming. She answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and genuinely seemed like she cared about helping people rather than just rushing through another tour. Even though I wasn’t able to lease there due to timing, I would still absolutely recommend stopping by and working with Angie. Good property management and good energy go a long way, and she definitely made a positive impression on me.

I gave this apartment a one review because it’s always every time you go to the trashcan. It’s trash outside. I was trying to post my pictures, but I couldn’t post my pictures on here. Then to my ceiling is peeling and I’m still waiting for a week for somebody to come fix my ceiling and not only that it’s always trash outside your door. It’s like they really need to have corporate come over here and see what’s going on not only that to mention how many roaches come in and out of your house and then people throwing all the trash on the ground and then it looks horrible after the weekend. If I could upload my pictures, I would show what he actually looks like on the weekend, but they need to really do something about these apartments. It needs to be better management over here.

If you’re thinking of moving to this complex run! Very unsafe and will not return your deposit!!
