Berry Hill Apartments

As I am in the market looking for an apartment. I called the complex this morning. Lori answered the call. I said hi Lori I am calling in regards to the listing I seen and she was already huffing and puffing and started to talk over me saying this is what I have available. I let her talk and then as I started to talk again this is one the one I seen and she started to talk over me again! She is very rude and made the experience very uncomfortable to even consider then as a future home. Poor customer service I hung up the phone.

Rafael was a big help. Very polite and responsive. Fixed my towel rack and there were no problems. A name and face we will not forget while we are here.

Maintenance supervisor came in unattached the wiring for my dryer outlet because I didn’t have a washer and dryer now that I have a washer and dryer put in a work order in two weeks ago to have it to be fixed and they telling me they don’t know when they can fix it, but the wire is still on very unsafe hot water heated bust in get in the outlet and touch the wires. Explain into the office. She just tells me she don’t have a date for them to fix my dryer outlet. They don’t do anything to try to fix nothing that’s broken They need some real maintenance people in real office people they know what they doing

Hey , i want to start by saying CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!!! If your like me , this place not for you !!!! The first group of managers we awesome!!! So it kind of bewildered me when we received new front office personnel. The people in my opinion are not up to part . Its all about the customer !! The tenants that say please and thank you! Should be considered a little better .Again this is my opinion and its a heavy deal breaker. Update.its time to move out and they dont honor the 365 agreement. You have to move out a whole 30 days before your agreement.they have the people checking locks and what not while your still there. Knock one time and try and come in !!We didnt renew our lease because of the break in and kids everywhere destroying stuff.if you tell them you leaving make sure you gone or they gone try evict you. Mind you i paid half my rent Nd was trying to to move out with the other . They salty about the half payment but yall dont even honor the 365 a year contract agreement. The hood is what you receive here. We moving to Arlington side. Hopefully we can get a little more respect for the dollar.

Miss Kay is very helpful never rude at all came into office she was very busy but still made time to help us in a prompt matter! I love the personality. I would recommend her to anybody she will tell you the real and also let you know if she can help you or not.
