MOVED In 8 months ago and the new management has been breeze of fresh air.. Good at communications and getting all the repairs always done in less than 24 hours... Wow ! love it

I wish I could give them negative stars. We moved in a week before Streetlane sold it to Peak management…ALL DOWN HILL FROM THERE! They lost our contact information constantly, refused to repair plumbing issues while we lived there and a horrid smell seeped from underneath the kitchen, and now that we have moved they refunded us $80 out of $1625 because THEY LOST OUR MOVE IN DOCUMENTS! You know what you fill out to document damage that is on or inside your home upon move in (which there was quite a bit). Had I known the original management was selling I would have kept a copy…now I’m out money that we really needed because the management is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! Not to mention the kids in the neighborhood are absolutely horrid. They throw rocks at your vehicles while they are parked and try to break into ANYTHING you have. They flip you off and spit and talk trash and their parents don’t care. Disgusting neighborhood and despicable behavior. DO NOT MOVE HERE! AVOID AND RUN!
