Zoe Walker one of the managers there helped me find the best deal and the best apartment for my needs! The leasing agents were busy with other clients and she stepped up and greeted me with a warm helpful smile. The whole tour and experience was amazing bc of Zoe! Super grateful for the apartment she was able to get for me and great job indeed.

Review: Save yourself the stress and do not move into these apartments. From day one, the experience has been disappointing. There is a severe pest problem, with roaches and ants throughout the first floor. The leasing office is unresponsive—calls go unanswered, promises to follow up are not kept, and emails are ignored. My apartment even flooded during a storm, and management showed little concern or urgency to resolve the issue. I asked to be transferred to a different apartment, on a different floor and was told I would have to pay a $500 transfer fee because they didn't see any roaches when they came to my apartments for about 5 minutes during the day. Although, many other tenants have also complained about the severe roach problem While the apartments may look appealing on the surface, the reality is very different. The elevators are frequently out of service, communication with management is poor, and maintenance is unreliable. This has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before considering this property. Also, depending on your apartment the parking garage is extremely far and if you park near your apartment just for a moment, you will be towed. Dog owners do not clean up after their dog and there is dog pooped everything. Please take photos when you move out, there will be a bunch of bogus charges on there.

I’ve been living here for about a month now, and overall my experience has been 4 out of 5 stars so far. First of all, I really want to thank Alli for all her help. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and has a great sense of humor. She patiently answered every single one of my questions and made the whole moving process much less stressful. I truly appreciate her guidance. Thanks to her suggestion, I chose a south-facing unit. Even though it overlooks the parking lot, the natural sunlight is amazing, and I absolutely love my unit. The apartment community overall is nice, but there are a few ongoing issues. The elevators break down quite often. The garage gate has been broken since I moved in, and parking can get very full. If I get home after 9 PM, I often have to park on the open-air 6th floor. The sound insulation between floors is also not the best — I can clearly hear upstairs neighbors walking, moving furniture, and playing music. That said, I’m happy with my unit and grateful for Alli’s support throughout the process. 😊

Julian deserves a fat bonus and a promotion! He went above and beyond securing us a unit. No Leasing Consultant works after hours on a weekend, but he did as we had questions completing our application. I have lived in another sister property before and I never had such a smooth and quick experience. We are very excited to move in.

Living at the Mansions at Mercer Crossing has been a positive experience for me. The community is quiet and well taken care of — you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. They’re friendly and quick to help with anything that comes up. The amenities are great, but one thing I’ve especially enjoyed is the resident activities. They put together fun events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel like part of a community, which I really appreciate. The location is convenient, yet the neighborhood still feels calm and welcoming. Overall, it’s just a genuinely nice place to live, and I’m glad I chose it.
