The Mansions at Mercer Crossing

Terrible experience. Diego Rivadeneira from the leasing office was rude, arrogant, and extremely disrespectful over the phone. His attitude made me feel targeted and unwelcome as a resident. I honestly do not understand how someone with this level of customer service is allowed to work in a leasing office without serious retraining. Every time I tried to discuss an issue with him, it felt like he never truly wanted to solve the problem. He only wanted to rush me away and give surface-level explanations, but nothing was actually fixed. The property is also poorly maintained. The garage gate has never been properly fixed in almost two years. The hallways constantly smell bad, the elevators are often broken, and the water quality is concerning.

READ negative reviews please and don’t fall for the tour “5 star reviews”. - Elevators seem to go out of service often. - Gates on the garage are always open since we toured our unit 9 months ago, and based on other reviews they have been opened for 14 months or more. - Our yard wasn’t ready upon our move in date. - They forgot to install our washer and dryer when we got the apartment. - Getting our incentive was a challenge. - The lights on our apartment have fallen out of nowhere 3 times, thankfully service crew works fast and has fixed them the same day. - Fridge is very small and doesn’t have a water dispenser. - Constant dog poop on green areas and loose dogs outside the dog park. - Garage usually has trash including food, drinks, alcohol bottles, etc. - We have seen water leaks on the second floor. For a rent that is 2K base you shouldn’t expect this type of problems.

Garage doors have been open since my lease started 14 months ago. We were rushed to change to the useless app called Brivio to register our cars for the gate and it hasn’t been closed once. There is a constant amount of trash on the garage, trash bins full, left over drinks in elevators and amenities. Please dont trust 5 star reviews as those are suggested while you tour, so not a true review from residents. Zoe is a great team member!

Very disappointing experience. Frequent trash issues, elevator outages, gate malfunctions, and poor soundproofing. Neighbor noise was a constant problem, and the garage gate never seemed to work throughout my 15 month lease. Not worth the premium rent.
