I submitted maintenance requests for a closet door that won’t close properly and for balcony blinds that were replaced with the wrong size slats. A maintenance technician came out, took photos, and noted the closet door issue may be due to water damage, which typically requires prompt attention due to the potential for mold, but no one has returned to inspect or repair it. Yesterday, I received a call from Eric in the leasing office who said someone would be coming out that same day and that he would follow up with me. Neither happened. Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with poor customer service and lack of follow-through under Murn Management. Having to repeatedly follow up on unresolved maintenance issues is frustrating, and at this point, I can’t wait to move when my lease is up. Residents should not have to chase updates or repeatedly submit requests just to get basic maintenance concerns addressed.

I applied for an apartment here two months ago and have not received my refund check of $200 for the deposit that was paid. They steal for tax paying citizens because it should not take two months to get your money back. Elena emailed me and asked me what address to send it to and I responded promptly they still sent the check to the wrong address twice and I believe that it was on purpose. They keep telling me they will have my check sent to their office, so I can pick it up. I've recorded every conversation all they do is lie. I hate to go to small claims over $200.00 but I'll be filing in Monday for breach of contract and discrimination. Because I would love to see how many other people in the past have had this issue. I have been patient and it's been two months.
