For my payment issue after I moved out of the complex, I even went there in person, but Ms. Taylor would not even get up from her chair or listen to me. She told her coworker that she did not have time and that I needed to send her an email. The problem is that I had already emailed before, and Ms. Taylor, who was responsible for handling the matter, never replied to my email. This is not the first time I have heard misleading information from the managers and staff of this complex. They are very rude and unprofessional, and I am confident that if you live there, you will never be satisfied. They are arrogant, disrespectful, and unwilling to help residents.
