Mercer 1900 Apartments

Love living at Mercer 1900! The property is clean and well-maintained. Jesus was amazing—he fixed my AC and washer super quickly. All the other service staff are also friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They really go above and beyond! I’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for well-kept community with responsive staff.

These are honestly the best apartments I’ve lived in. I’ve moved around a lot, and this is the first place I’ve stayed long-term. I’ve been here about three years and still love it. The community is great, the apartments are well kept, and the front desk staff are always so helpful. Wanda has been especially amazing and consistently goes above and beyond. Maintenance is also quick, friendly, and reliable. Overall, everyone here truly cares, and it really feels like home

Nice property. You can tell the staff is really trying to turn the property around. I had an issue with my account and they answered my questions very quickly and got it resolved quickly. I’ve been here for a few years and I can definitely see the change with the staff recently. I just renewed recently and I’m excited to see what new changes are coming this year. I love this property because it’s so peaceful and quiet. I love the new market they just put in recently comes in handy when I need to grab a quick snack. Maintenance completes my requests very quickly as well.

The management here is non-communicative and starts yelling at customers. They lack the basic professionalism of responding to emails. They would take zero responsibility of their tardiness and hold you accountable for their delays. Their community manager Tonique Brown would hide behind her desks and avoid your concerns. And at the slightest inconvenience to their days work, will start shouting at you.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. The problems started right at move in when there were thousands of dead and live bugs all over the apartment that never went away throughout living here. After 6 months of being a resident, they towed my car and refused to reimburse me even though they are the ones who registered it for me. They berated residents for leaving trash cans out too long because they were not "aesthetically pleasing" but the trash service would drag trash through the hallways leaving streaks of liquid that smelt terrible. The also would not regularly service the dumpsters so at times the trash would be flowing into the street and parking lot. Our AC broke in the middle of summer because they had not maintained the system regularly. While fixing plumbing in the floor above us, they allowed water to leak down to our apartment which rotted the baseboards and left puddles of water in our apartment. On move in, I was promised to be provided a water spigot for my patio over and over again. After two months of asking the manager said "we never provide those to you and will not be giving you one". The facade of the outside building was not built well and tiles would fall off the building day after day, and instead of cleaning them up they would sweep them into our yard along with trash from the walkway. Overall I would not recommend this place to ANYONE as I was continually lied to and treated poorly by management, and the over quality and cleanliness was a disgrace.
