Boardwalk at Mercer Crossing Apartments

Recently moved to the area and it is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Danielle is super amazing and honestly the only reason I moved here!

I loved the community, but the new management is not great. I won't be renewing my lease and highly recommend that people check the NEW rules before signing anything. For starters, friends have to pay a $5 parking fee just to come and visit you. Management also dictates what you can and cannot put on your patio. On top of that, they aren't very friendly and clearly try to dismiss every concern you raise, often using random clauses to shut you down. While there is a professional way to respond to residents, they tend to show attitude (though not everyone in the office does). The community itself is good, but the new rules, elevated prices, and poor management make a massive difference. You can find a better community for the same price with much friendlier rules. Think TWICE before signing a lease.

Alexis and Danielle greatly helped me with moving in and setting up the online services. They maintain an excellent professional attitude and are always the first to help with anything you might need. Alexis and Danielle are, without a doubt, assets to their team and, above all, genuinely hardworking individuals. I can personally attest that wherever their careers may take them, they will be nothing short of an outstanding addition to any team.

I had an excellent experience working with Tammy throughout my application process. She was incredibly patient, informative, and professional every step of the way. Honestly, she is the first person in my life who made me feel comfortable enough to sign a lease before even visiting the unit in person — that speaks volumes about the level of trust and confidence she built during our interactions. Tammy consistently communicated clearly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring instead of stressful. If the overall community experience reflects the same level of care, professionalism, and integrity that Tammy demonstrated, then I truly feel like I am in very good hands.

I absolutely love living at Boardwalk at Mercer Crossing! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and in such a great location. The amenities are amazing, and the entire staff always makes residents feel welcomed and valued. A huge shoutout to Tammy in the leasing office — she has been incredible throughout my experience here. She is professional, responsive, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to help residents with anything they need. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares as much as she does, and she made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Boardwalk at Mercer Crossing to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
