Very nice and clean condo, excellent service. Tammy is the best, very professional, patient, and a lovely person. I'm grateful for her help in finding my new home. I recommend them 100%.

I visited the leasing office today to get clarification on an issue and had a very frustrating experience. I was asked to contact my bank, even though the issue could exist on either side. The explanation I received was that the bank provides a “masked number” to their system and that it may expire—but this was not clearly explained and did not make sense to me as a resident. I do not manage their systems, and I should not be expected to understand or troubleshoot internal payment integrations. Despite repeatedly asking for a factual, system-verified explanation, the staff continued to insist their systems are “100% accurate,” that they manage 800 residents, and have 30 years of experience, without actually checking the system in front of me. I was also told that this is not customer service, that they are “too busy,” and that they did not have the patience to answer my questions. At one point, I was asked to step outside the leasing office to make a phone call due to “noise concerns.” As a resident who pays rent and all required amenities, I found this unprofessional and disrespectful. The leasing office is meant to support residents, not make them feel like an inconvenience for asking legitimate questions. and my request for written clarification via email was refused in favor of verbal-only communication. As a resident who pays rent, I expect clear, professional, and written communication—especially for payment-related matters. This experience lacked transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. I hope higher management reviews this feedback and takes steps to improve how residents are treated.

My husband and I had a request this week and were unsure how we’d be accommodated. Wanda and Tammy were both so incredible to us! We stopped in/called a few times with questions and they were always so kind and helpful. We’ve been in various apartments and sometimes it’s obvious that the office staff hates dealing with people. With them, you can tell they all really have a heart for their tenants. The last time I went in, I was also helped by Brooke who was wonderful! We enjoy our apartment and the impressive office staff has made the experience that much better!

Office staff Ms Wanda, who I think should be staffed here full-time, has awesome customer service skills. Ms. Imara and Ms Tammy are also Fantastic. Yes, parking could be better, but these women are fantastic, and are always willing to help residents. We definitely need more people like these three individuals for sure. Great job ladies! Thank you Carol

Adjusting my review after my move out process. Office Staff / Maintenance Staff: Awesome, friendly attentive and knowledgeable. Apartment : Neighbors are quite noisy and/or combine with possibly a very thin wall. Hearing noise in the morning and at night brings an uncomfortable experience. Move out : Deceiving (hence the rating). I had cleaned the apartment leaving negligible cleaning for the next tenant to move in just like prior apartments I’ve lived at [images attached](typically apartments will have a courtesy clean prior to the next tenant anyways). To my surprise, uninformed until I made effort to reach out and discuss in office, I had been charged for negligible “damage” such as a dusty fan, carpet cleaning (which had already been vacuumed/ no staining just normal wear), and a shower drain that had some rust (not fixable with a typical clean) to name a few. Each one of these has been billed to me with a hit of a considerable total fine. In a sense I feel like this was a bit of extortion, penalized for my choice of moving and not using their cleaning service as an option upon move out. Knowing most won’t get a lawyer, it sounds like a lot like this was just an easy grab at money. Extremely disappointed in this practice. Please be aware.
