One of the best apartments in farmers branch, we looked in to the famous valley ranch area apartments they are all very old and roach infested , having old geiser heater and frequent water shutdown, so we didn’t choose that side , where as here in aspen its the opposite , modern apartments , good maintenance services , no water shutdown , have not heard of roaches here , proper pest control in place , beautiful lake in few feets away , plus we got 4 weeks free rent when we first boarded here, i love my experience in here. Love every bit , la vilita and universal academy buses come to next apartment complex which make it easier for working parents to send kids to school. Hello india , india bazaar , saregama , patel brothers , india 101 , walmart , so many restaurant and groceries near by. Also hospitals near by in 1 minutes. I love the experience staying here.

Its been a lovely experience staying in this community. The management is friendly, nice community, apartments are well maintained, amenities like fitness center, pool and club house make the experience better. Maintenance team turnaround time and service is good too. Good & safe place for families to stay.

I recently moved into the aspen.. and what an amazing smooth process. The ladies took me seriously and professionally.. my place was spotless and it really felt like home.. thank you
