I recently moved out, but I can honestly say I was very happy living here. The property was always well taken care of, and management was professional and responsive whenever I needed assistance

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The property is always clean and well manteined, and the common areas are kept in excellent condition. Management is professional and always quick to respond whenever something si needed. I feel safe, comfortable and truly at home here.

Just wanted to share my experience there l lived there for three years. I found my peace, tranquility and happiness there ❤️ very clam, quiet everyone there was so friendly, so Kind and everybody mind their own business. I was private myself throughout these years. Not Once did I ever encounter any kind of problems with anyone there. The staff there in management landlord definitely magnificent if anything they would right away, take care of you. I've got my new refrigerator my new stove, my new, A/C refrigerate central heating they put it right away. you see Anything that I needed. They would take care of it right away, of course, with dealing with all the apartments. I was patient but they were always very courteous to let me know the updates on anything. In the meantime, my experience there was one of the most wonderful times that I ever spent there, I would have stayed there if it wasn't due to other things that transpired. But if it all came down to it, I would definitely go back. I was right in front of the pool. I loved it!!" & everyone There was very Kind very welcoming, inviting, very humble. I just wanted to let everyone know, including the managers that the landlord, the manager, there, Diana and James Larissa. Griselda. all of the maintenance guys? This complex doesn't have ramps for Handycap They have 3 levels without any ramps. Is impossible acces any apartments without stairs This is unfriendly handycap complex

I have been a resident at this apartment complex for over 3 years. The quality of life here is that of a peaceful, quiet and very clean community. I know some of my neighbors very well and we look out for one another. The mountain views/evening sunsets are stunning. The location is amazing, it is a very walkable area, safe and close to public transportation if needed. I have always had an extremely positive experience with the office staff and maintenance crew. Any concern or repair is taken care of either same day or within 24 hours. My apartment is bug free and I have NEVER had any type of infestation, ever. This community is very affordable, given the current state of our economy. There is a nice gym and plenty of walking space in the parking lot. I am very content to live here at Vista Sol and would recommend our apartment community to anyone. The office staff are very patient and address each of us tenants with the utmost respect and courtesy. The maintenance crew are a tremendous asset to this community, they do their very best to keep the grounds clean and tidy and do all repairs right the first time. I am so grateful to live at Vista Sol, and I hope you will consider this as a place for you as well. God bless and please stay safe.
