University Heights Apartments

Hey everyone I usually don't write reviews but Im going to this time. I lived at university heights for 1 year and it was the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their front desk ladies are rude, ignorant and their maintenance staff is just as unprofessional and rude and also ignorant. There apartments fall apart when we moved in they gave us a dirty kitchen the stove was disgusting in less then a week the water garbage disposal stopped working and they gave me a cracked broken dishwasher I had to wait months for them to replace and when we did a walk around of the apartment the day we walked in management was there taking notes of things that needed to be fixed. I constantly complained about the mold that grew in my kitchen under my skin and when I complained about it the maintenance man told me their was nothing they could do cause the building was to old. Then it took them almost close to 7 months to replace my bathroom vanity and when they finally came and fixed it they left a giant hole under my bathroom sink that let in lots of cold air in the winter time. They charge u other people water and sewer fees as well over charging people and ripping people off completely for their shitty apartments that literally fall apart and they argue with people when it comes to fixing things or replacing items in the apartment.plus the fact that they ripped my bathroom apart and left it all shitty while I have kids to they don't clean up after the work in the apartment. I would NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They also have the most disgusting laundry rooms I have ever seen they smell like constant mold and you can also see the mold on the walls. The washers and dryers barely work and ruin your clothes and when u tell the front desk they let u know that they can't help u because they hold control the laundry rooms. But they don't never clean the rooms. Neighbors will take our your clothes and steal your time and leave ur wet clothes on the counter or floor. This place is a SCAM & their apartments are completely trash do not rent from this place you will REGRET IT.

Quite happy with my residence although I would prefer if storage privileges were restored. That is my complaint at this time. This and the lack of private security patrol which also used to be an amenity. However I am quite pleased with maintenance and office personnel which I recently had need of and interacted with and have no complaints at this time. Very satisfied 😌

Karina made the move-in process incredibly easy and stress free. Robyn facilitated package delivery to a previous resident of the same apartment—glad to reside in an environment where compassion is reflected in all areas. Thank you again!
