Trio Apartments

They changed the name but don't be fooled. It's the same nasty Warren Inn apartments. They tried to rebrand because they had an awful and well deserved reputation. Some buildings I worked in are so roach infested you can't set your drink down. The roaches are IN the walls. Pest control will spray chemicals and even bomb and hand out sticky traps but they are IN the walls. Their efforts do little to nothing.Be prepared to spend a lot of your own money. Staff is moody and give you different answers depending on how they feel that day. Water is shut off multiple times a month and comes back brown all day. They are changing flooring, doors, and paint as part of their big remodel. They charged me over 4000 dollars, I lived there for 8 years and they are reflooring and repainting most of the units when people move out. So they want me to pay for their remodeling.I was exhausted from cleaning and trying to keep my clients healthy in these gross apartments. Yes i had clutter. Yes i hung too many pictures up. They rent to mentally unstable older people and drunks who will yell and harrass multiple tenants. A drunk guy tried to push my kids around and kids with bb guns shot at them. No repercussions. They just take your incident report. The plumbing is very old and no new doors or paint will fix that. So get ready for that. And watch were you step because there is dog crap everywhere. The pools are poorly maintained and they give you different answers on when they are open. The workers kids and wife are allowed to say no you can't use the pool because i guess they work there by proxy. Their favorite tenants are allowed to do whatever they want and the workers are allowed to have units reeking of marijuana. They already sent me to collections with a creditor that charges massive interest so I'm going to be totally honest. I had previously given them a good review after they were begging people because they had mostly bad ones. See for yourself all the others. Now they "suggest" when ppl are trying to get their deposit. The stairs are very unstable and allowed to have jagged pieces of metal sticking out the back for years so watch your step. Broken glass allowed to be there for two months and while they are remodeling or work is done they leave it so I used to frequently get multiple screws in my tires. Pics enclosed. That wall caving in was left from about 2016 to 2023ish. That bubble on the wall came after rainstorms. I got tired of calling. I have my phone records. Maintenance dudes just told me to pop it then after more calls they said sure we will be there then more nothing. They go around to snoop but not correct these issues. There was a nice kid who fixed the basketball netting bc the amenities are neglected. These were my first apts so i didnt know until i moved that it wasn't supposed to be this bad. Hopefully I can save someone else a lot of grief.
