I've been living here for two years and it's been a great experience. Raymond is always attentive to the tenants' needs and quickly resolves any situation. I highly recommend this place to live; besides being beautiful, it's a quiet and safe place.

We have lived in this residential complex for 5 years. The first 2 years were pleasant; the location and beauty next to the mountains were among the reasons we chose to live here, and the amenities and services offered were very good. Unfortunately, changes in management have led to deterioration, and the overall service has not been good. Apartment maintenance and entertainment services are not functioning properly, and we don't receive positive responses. Currently, the gym is dilapidated, without maintenance or regular cleaning. The pool has been out of service for 2 years, and our requests are handled poorly.

My husband and I stopped in to see these apartments. Ray was very helpful and answered all questions. He showed us around the property, the amenities, and pool which all looked clean and well maintained.

Pool literally has a layer of fungus on it and has been that way for the majority of the last few years. Common areas are a wreck
