The Patriot Apartments

Door replacement was requested Saturday and was replacement on Wednesday. Maintenance left apartment clean.

The pool….every year, this apartment complex just lets anybody, everybody, come in to the pool. People with alcohol in glass containers, people doing drugs in the bathroom and smoking marijuana out in the open, people jumping the wall to get in, large groups of individuals in the bathroom, some being carried out of the bathroom highly intoxicated. Huge parties with groups of over 10 people. People stay after hours, passed 10pm, parting with loud music, alcohol and drugs. This apartment complex does not feel safe anymore, so sad, it’s been brought up to management, and still, nothing. It’s just gonna get worse, until something bad happens. Last year, the light fixtures inside the pool were broken, most of the furniture has been broken, the pool stays dirty, even the parking lot with trash and alcohol containers, basically, the pool gets vandalized, then managed closes it down for weeks to repair, something that can be avoided. We pay for this amenities, it should be monitored. Management, if you don’t believe me, review your cameras, supposedly there’s one facing the pool. People know this pool is not monitored so they’ll come from all over the northeast to party. The attached photos are from just one day (06/06/2026), a few hours. More documentation and reviews will be posted until something gets done.

A quaint, peaceful property with great views of the beautiful mountains. Maintenance is great and efficient. Alex and Letty in the office are wonderful! Great customer service! They take good care of us as residents. Pet friendly which is important to us.
