The Junction at San Marcos

I’ve lived at The Junction Apartments for a couple of months now and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff and maintenance team are amazing always friendly, quick to respond, and they really go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The property itself is so well kept, from the clean common areas to the beautifully maintained amenities, and it really feels like a welcoming community. Between the modern units, great location, and the positive atmosphere created by the team here I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live at The Junction.

I'm very impressed with The Junction Apartments. The location is in a incredibly convenient location. The secure bike storage is an amazing amenity that gives me peace of mind and easy access for storing my mountain bike. The fitness center is consistently clean and has plenty of options for lifting/training. The community atmosphere here is welcoming, and the thoughtful amenities truly enhance the living experience. I would confidently recommend The Junction to anyone seeking a well-located, quality apartment home.

I’ve been living at The Junction apartments for a few months now, and I’m genuinely impressed. This place deserves every star! From day one, the leasing team was friendly, responsive, and made the move-in process smooth. The unit itself has modern finishes, in-unit washer/dryer, and excellent ceiling height (9′–12′) that make the space feel bright and open. The amenities are outstanding. Two rooftop decks with grilling stations and fire pits are perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. The coworking lounge is an added bonus when I want to get work done close to home. Location is another big win. Being downtown, I’m just minutes from trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and easy access to I-70. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is always courteous and professional. I truly feel at home here. If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable, amenity-rich place in Grand Junction, you won’t go wrong with The Junction. Highly recommended!

We’ve lived here about three weeks and love it so far. Our apartment feels brand new and is beautiful. It’s been quiet and our neighbors are courteous. The location is great and walkable. If you have to park in one of the lots across the street it is a bit of a walk but it feels perfectly safe and we’ve had no issues. The pool and gym are nice and don’t seem to be overcrowded often. No maintenance issues so far. Front office staff is friendly and helpful enough. The dog relief area is pretty small (and a little gross) and there aren’t a ton of other areas nearby to take your dog to do their business. It’s not a cheap place to live and there are quite a few added monthly fees for trash, sewer, common area utilities, etc.

I’ve had such a great experience at The Junction Apartments in Grand Junction! The community is clean, comfortable, and really well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. What stands out the most, though, is the staff. Macy, Victoria, and Jessica are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure residents feel taken care of, whether it’s answering questions, handling requests quickly, or just greeting you with a smile. Their positive energy makes living here even better. I would definitely recommend The Junction Apartments to anyone looking for a place in Grand Junction!
