Avoid this place unless you want to live without basic utilities. The water here is shut off almost every month, sometimes for hours at a time. Forget doing dishes, laundry, or even flushing a toilet. Management’s advice? Fill buckets ahead of time. One time they told us to use the pool water to flush. Hot water? Rare. AC? Breaks constantly. The lease even admits the walls contain asbestos, a substance that can cause lung cancer. Maintenance and office communication are poor. Calls go unanswered, and urgent issues can drag on without resolution. If you enjoy basic necessities like running water, working AC, and management that actually exists, go anywhere else. This place is a money pit with plumbing.

super late review ! but I wanted to commend this place for when I did live there. I loved it here and if I ever moved back to El Paso this would be my top 5. Thank you management ! Never had an issue with management, plumbing, rodents, bugs, hidden fees, maintenance. they would shut off the water from time to time but it really didn’t bother me it was never too long to be an inconvenience.
