Spring Park

I don't understand how people have good reviews about the office managers at the apartment complex. We wanted to apply for an apartment, and in our first conversation, everything was great. The manager, Teri, was lovely; she told us everything was wonderful. But during the process, she was a completely different person. We had problems with our application, and according to her, it wasn't in her hands. She had absolutely no desire to help us with our application, even though it was a $250 application. The whole time, she made us believe the apartment was ours, and then five seconds later, something would be wrong. Finally, when she supposedly told us everything was fine and in order and that she would send us the contract, she said we had to pay another applicant a month's rent in addition to the rent we had to pay them because the credit card wasn't accepted, even though she had already confirmed that everything was fine and that it had been approved with a $500 deposit. It was all very strange; to me, it felt like a scam. They were just making up a lot of stories. Be very careful because the reality is that they give you the runaround, they don't help you, and in my opinion, they just wanted to take my money. There is a lot of distrust towards that staff.

Awful roach problem during the summer. Love interacting with Paola and Sergio, but the recent front office hires are miserable to interact with. They get easily frustrated, and respond shortly with little to no explanation with what you need help with. I would also like to add that this year only 10% my maintenance requests get attended to, without me begging. Last year maintenance would've showed up within the hour. They also never answer the office phone. Its insanely disappointing, being comfortable in my appointment to fighting tooth and nail trying to talk to someone.

Omg I am so surprised with this apartments, I was really thrilled with all the care the personnel put to keep this place as beautiful as it is. This is a great place to live and more if you are owner of pets.

Good place to live. The property is always clean and very well-maintained. It is also a great bonus that I can have my pets here. Highly recommend

The Spring Park apartments are without a doubt very clean and well maintained! The outsides are very taken care of, and the pool is very nice.
