I’ve had a great experience living at Spring Park Apartments. Paola, Terry, and Sergio have been amazing, they’re always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. The maintenance team is excellent and responds quickly, which makes a huge difference. I also love the landscaping, the property is always clean, well-kept, and beautiful. It really makes this feel like a comfortable place to call home. I highly recommend this community

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with property management. I lived there for two years starting in January 2024 Not sure what the qualities are that RPM looks for when hiring property managers but it seems that unhelpful is all they hire. I’ve never had issues with any other property. Since the beginning of my move in I had issues. The manager at the time seemed very helpful when it came to moving me in. During the move in process I specifically said I wanted to pay my deposit upfront to avoid paying an additional monthly fee. She lied and said that the first prorated rent included the full $250 deposit. When I got my actual first rents statement I saw that a $13 deposit fee was charged. I went back to try to correct it and the manger completely avoided speaking to me, and the leasing agent Ashely at the time would tell me she was in meetings and would get back to me. She never did. After weeks of following up the agent told me it was too late to change it since the lease was already signed. I was upset but just let it be. The following year when I renewed my lease in January 2025 started getting charged a $25 dollar fee for not having insurance when I had the renters insurance through their company. It took 7 months for them to refund $75. During that time the manager Paola would also avoid speaking to me and I would follow up with which ever agent was there at the time. I would send follow up emails to the manger that were never responded to. I would go in person to ask and the manager spoke to me about the situation only once to tell me that she submitted a ticket to try to solve the issue. After 7 months of dealing with that I ended up canceling the insurance with their company and got a different one. During my stay there was also a water leak on the ceiling of the restroom that was coming from the upstairs neighbor due to their toilet being clogged. It caused the ceiling to peel. After the leak was stopped The ceiling went a whole week without being repaired. There was also mold on the ceiling of the restroom. When I submitted a ticket all they did was scrape it off and painted over it. Mold would still peek through the paint. I went to the office spoke to Sergio to let them know there still was no actual repair to remove the mold. i had the bathtub resurfaced two times due to it constantly peeling. Since I was moving out I didn’t submit another ticket to get it resurfaced again. I asked the assistant manger Terri do a complete walk through with me before turning in keys to make sure everything was ok. When she looked at the restroom I asked about the tub if I should enter a ticket before my move out to avoid being charged a fee for it. She clearly said no that it was apart of normal wear and tear. I asked if she was sure she said yes, not to worry about it. She said I would only be charged a cleaning fee, a carpet cleaning fee and paint fee. Which I understood. She even thanked me for keeping the unit cleaned and maintained. So I turned in the keys. Despite this I received my final move out statement with a $650 resurfacing fee. the property manager Terri who conducted the walk-through is now completely avoiding to speak with me, and I am being avoided and told that everything is now handled through the Former Resident Care team. I tried going in person, Terri stepped outside to speak to a family, did not acknowledge me at all and locked the door as soon as I walked up. When speaking to the FRC they did tell me that I am allowed to speak to the property and ask questions since they are the ones who submitted for the charge. I am currently disputing these charges under texas property code 92.104. Normal wear and tear is considered to be a wrongful charge. Resurfacing tubs, peeling finishes, and aging fixtures fall under wear and tear. I would caution future residents to document everything during move out. The property management only help new residents and avoid issues with current and former residents. This has been very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

We just moved in yesterday and so far, we love our apartment. It is spacious and beautiful! Very well maintained outside and really nice amenities. Most of all though, I am very well pleased with the customer service! Especially from the manager, Paola Gallegos! She’s super kind and very helpful!

Really beautiful property! It’s also really great for families with children. It’s always very clean and safe. And staff is VERY sweet. They have amazing warm energy. It almost feels like a family. They’re very responsive. Paola has been SOO kind and helpful. She actually really cares a lot about the residence. The pool is also really fun and refreshing for the heat. Plus they have lots of clean green grass to walk your dogs. And waay more other things like grilling areas, private gyms, and etc. If you’re thinking about moving here, I’d say go for it. You wouldn’t regret it!❤️❤️
