South Blvd Apartments

We’ve been living here for almost 2 years and haven’t had any problems when it comes to maintenance or any of the office staff. They are very nice and have always followed up with me if I ever needed anything. I see some people complain about the trash or the dog poop, but obviously that’s the owner’s responsibility of picking it up or cleaning up after their dog. Brittany has been amazing answering my questions on the phone or in person & understands how hard situations can be. And Marissa has helped me out so much as well!

Samuel is truly exceptional at what he does. He’s 100% reliable and always goes above and beyond to help with anything we need. No matter what the issue is, he handles it quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude. He even goes out of his way to make sure everything around the property looks great and is in top shape. You can tell he genuinely cares about the place and the people who live here. We’re very lucky to have someone as hardworking and dependable as Samuel on the team!

I absolutely love living here! From day one, the staff (especially Brittany) has been so welcoming and helpful—they truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The community is always clean, beautifully maintained, and has such a positive, friendly vibe. I really appreciate the time put into the touches that matter, like quick maintenance responses and fun resident events that make it feel like a real community instead of just an apartment complex. The location is perfect, and I feel safe and comfortable every day. I’m so glad I chose to live here—it’s easily one of the best places I’ve ever called home!

I’ve lived at 7 different properties in Las Vegas and I can easily say Manny is the best maintenance I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He came in to check a leaking faucet and quickly repaired it. He asked to check my ac filters while he was there and good thing he did. It really needed changing after all the wind and dust going on. I see him cleaning grounds throughout the day and he gives a friendly hello to everyone. It’s nice to see someone care about their job and take pride at what they do. I see the change to the community that he’s made. Great to have you here Manny!

A few quick pros and cons about this complex. Pros: -They are quick to move you in. -Close to a lot. Cons: -Maintenance doesn’t follow up on anything. -Pool is dirty. -Sometimes the grills don’t work -Constant parking space war. -Uncovered spaces you have to rent for $15 more. -Trash area is crazy. - lots of homeless people and truckers surrounding. -lease says you cannot reverse into any parking space YET cars still do it and don’t get towed or a warning on their car. Didn’t we ALL sign the same rules? I’m far along in my pregnancy and had the dishwasher fall out on me and carpet pulling up. even had food placed on my car. Office did nothing and fixed nothing I cut my losses and moved and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
