I have lived here for 5 years. Would stay by moving for personal reasons. The property manager is Isela. She is friendly, helpful and professional.

Safe neighborhood. Close to Wal Mart grocery as well as the highway. Decent restaurants in the area and the outdoor shopping mall is pretty close. I lived here 3 years I believe. Maintenance stays on top of things. The office is good about telling you if you have a package that was delivered to the office. I learned to swim in the pool they have. Only downside I had was neighbors having to many guests and taking up all the parking in the middle of the night. I wish instead of the swamp cooler they had AC.

It's a quiet and reliable community to live in and enjoy your home. The people in charge, like Isela Méndez, are efficient, friendly, and extremely professional when it comes to handling and resolving any situation. I highly recommend these properties.
