Palomar West

This rating is based on starting a lease at Palomar West. I had the pleasure of meeting Kim. She handled everything from the tour to the paperwork. Kim was incredibly helpful and friendly. She was welcoming and greeted me. I say this because other places down Mesa wouldn’t even greet me and were very uninviting. The property is older but is well maintained. Other staff were helpful as well when I called. Overall I’m looking forward to living here.

Kimberly made the entire process of getting approved and settled in so easy—there were absolutely no roadblocks. I explained what I was looking for, and she immediately knew which apartment would be the perfect fit. She truly listened, and even took into account my blind dog’s needs, finding us a home with a private patio that gives her both comfort and space. The apartments are amazing so far—very green, peaceful, and well kept and feel safe. No complaints at all so far . I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more thoughtful experience.

I would like to begin by expressing our deep appreciation for the wonderful experience my husband and I have had living in these apartments over the past year. This positive experience has solidified our enthusiasm for renewing our lease. While it hasn't been flawless, with occasional repair and assistance needs, the management has consistently demonstrated a prompt response and willingness to help, a quality we greatly value. I can't speak for others, but our personal experience has been nothing short of delightful. If I were to offer some constructive feedback for improvement, it would be to focus a bit more on the maintenance and care of the hardscape areas and the gym. However, aside from this minor concerns, we absolutely adore our neighbors, the summer days by the pool, the cookouts, the engaging activities organized by the management, their swiftness in addressing indoor issues, the comfortable temperature control during both summer and winter, and the overall loveliness of the community. Linda and the entire team have played a pivotal role in making this place truly feel like home. We're looking forward to continuing our journey here with a sense of contentment and gratitude.
