Mountain Shadows Apartments

All the phone numbers listed are turned off, I know someone renting here and there is poor security in a place where they should at least have outside or even indoor security cameras this is all due to that fact that someone is harassing people that live there and leaving threatening letters on their cars. Let's be serious about this though why does a legitimate corporation have phone numbers posted on the internet that have been cut off?? Also, who only accepts cash for rent or money orders unless they are not a well-organized business, makes it impossible for people with jobs to make rent.

Water was cut off with no notice, upped rent, don’t take care of apartments, bad management, they try to charge you for every little extra thing, people break in and live in some of the empty apartments and management does nothing, horrible place to live.

I was visiting a good friend of mine. The place is nice, the neighbors all seem to be mindful, and it appears that the area is an older part of the city. Very nostalgic. The apartments should get the pool cleaned and running again. That would be the only thing missing.

This is one of the worst places to live in. Management is very rude and not helpful and complex is very ugly and they don't take care of tenants.

I gave my deposit to Estella(office manager) since February 2015. I needed a 2 bedroom downstairs apartment. She told,me it would be ready by March 1st. March came along and I would call and call and never get an answer. I finally showed up and Estella was like oh it's not ready . it will be ready by April first. April came,along and once again I would call and call and nothing. Finally I went to,the office and Estella was like they just started working on it today. Let me,show it to you. When we got there I was shocked. It stunk. There was mold. The carpet was nastywe and you could see and smell, where there was dog pee. I told her I wanted new carpet. And her response was we don't replace it we will clean it .I believed her. I moved in on April 20..there where still leaks and it was still dirty. I would tell them every day and every day Estella would tell me they would fix it. On June first the main leak burst and my whole apartment was completely flooded. I called maintenance and they wanted me to wait the whole weekend . I kept bugging until someone named Sylvia contacted me. Well apparently Estella never told Sylivia I had rented the place . I was called a squatter and,was threatened to be Locke out. O was able to tell her everything. That leak was fixed but nothing,else was done. I kept telling the Windows didn't close but they never did anything on June 15 someone broke into my apartment and stoped my ps4 and my gun. By that time another leak had come out and my fridge wasn't working. I called the building inspector and they condemned my apartment and two others. I was mo complex.
