Very disappointed with the staff and how numerous issues are handled at this property. First, there is mold in the kitchen behind the cabinets, which is a serious concern that needs to be addressed. Despite this, management has not handled the issue properly. Second, Johanna from the office rarely answers the phone and often says she is at other properties. Because of this, it’s very difficult to reach anyone or speak to someone during normal office hours. The rules here are extremely restrictive. Residents are basically only allowed to walk around the property. Kids are limited to designated areas like the park or basketball court. They are not allowed to skate, ride bikes, or use scooters on the sidewalks or streets. Residents also cannot have anything on their patio except patio furniture—no kids’ bikes or power wheels. You will receive constant letters for even minor issues or things they claim to have seen you do. The number of notices sent out is excessive. Inspections happen very frequently and they often give less than 24 hours notice. There are also ongoing problems with assigned parking. Guests are only allowed to stay two days out of the week. Another uncomfortable issue is that maintenance or staff sometimes ask neighbors if someone new has moved into your unit. It creates a feeling that residents are constantly being watched. Overall, the management and living conditions have been very frustrating.

We've lived here for several years now. The place is clean and quiet. The staff is attentive and always ready to help us residents. I highly recommend it. Thank you.
