Living at Luxx Verge Town Homes was a great experience. The community was well-kept and up to date, and the staff was helpful and easy to work with

Luxx Verge is located in a very scenic side of the city, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The unit was spacious but my walls were easy to hear through. The two members of the maintenance team are very nice and, in my opinion, the most cordial people to talk to at Luxx. The owner and his wife were not professional to me and my decisive reason to not renew my lease.

My experience at Luxx was overall really positive. The community is quiet, the neighbors were friendly and respectful, and it felt comfortable living there. Management was responsive whenever I needed anything, and the location near the freeway made getting around easy. I’ve since moved out and everything wrapped up smoothly.
