I’ve lived here since the beginning of the summer, and my experience here has been nothing short of great. The property is well kept and peaceful, I have had no issues whatsoever. The property manager, Jacqueline, was extremely professional and welcoming when I first moved in, and has been helpful through my short time here. Jaqueline and staff are doing a great job at managing and maintaining the complex. Any questions that I’ve had, they’ve always been very helpful and willing to address my concerns, if any. I am grateful for the opportunity to live in this complex. No place else I’d rather be!

After 3 months of living here I can say that this place is truly the best. I am in awe of how perfect the apartment was for me and my budget. The property is well kept and the treatment of the tenants is out of this world. The best communication I have ever seen from management. Thank you to Anahi who has kept up with me all this time and helped make my moving process incredibly easy.

I had an excellent experience touring this apartment community! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The service during the tour was exceptional, and I especially want to highlight Jackie, the property manager. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Jackie made the entire process smooth and enjoyable-she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to provide all the information I needed. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend scheduling a tour. Outstanding service and a great first impression!!

I’ve had a great experience living at Las Torres Apartments on Pebble Hills. From the moment I started the move-in process, everything went smoothly and stress-free. The community is clean, well-kept, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. A special shout-out to manager Jackie, who made my move incredibly easy. She was professional, patient, and went out of her way to make sure every question was answered and every detail was taken care of. Her help truly made the transition seamless. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend Las Torres to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I’ve lived here for a while, and the difference since the new management took over is truly noticeable. Jacqueline is doing an amazing job leading this community. Her approach to customer service is unlike anything I’ve experienced before — you’re treated like family, not just another tenant. Any small issues or concerns are handled quickly and professionally, and I regularly see thoughtful improvements being made around the property that genuinely enhance daily living. The two assistants at the front lobby, Arlene and Anahi, are exceptional. They’re friendly, proactive, and consistently go out of their way to make sure residents feel supported. Whether it’s answering questions, helping resolve concerns, or simply greeting you with a warm welcome (Chocolate Chip Cookies), their professionalism and kindness set a positive tone for the entire community. The maintenance team also deserves recognition. Work orders are completed promptly, often quicker than expected, and they always communicate clearly about what’s being done. It’s reassuring to know that things get taken care of without hassle. Overall, if you value attentive management, real follow-through, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this complex is an excellent choice. The leadership and staff have transformed this place into a community where residents feel heard, valued, and at home. Highly recommended.
