I would like to extend my gratitude and thankfulness to maintance for helping me with a portable box ac for my son's bedroom and his special needs. Now that he has this ac put by his bedroom window his illness with his chronic asthma will be much better for his breathing. Thank you God and management from Las Lomas Apts

I've only been living in these apartments for a few months, and everyone has been very kind to me. My requests have been taken care of, and they even replaced my refrigerator when I told them it wasn't working properly. The maintenance staff helped me fix things that weren't working correctly. Unfortunately, I don't know their names, but I want to express my sincere gratitude for the great work they've done in my apartment. Thank you so much!

The Maintenance team is very quick and attentive to resolve my work orders when ever I submit one on the portal. This new ownership has really invested not only in the apartment units but also on the property management and maintenance team

Water not working again. Maintenance hasn't fixed what they started in days now. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Different types and sizes too. It's disgusting. If you look to long at the sidewalk. Rocks, sand or walls you start to see them all. Stand somewhere long enough and they'll crawl on you. You can have your home clean and they'll get in one way or another.

Run!!! Do not sign the lease!!! My family has been renting here and they have the most horrible living conditions!! Mold!!!! You read that correctly my family member has been deteriorating health wise because they refuse to fill any maintenance requests. Appliances that do not work with food that has spoiled since there is a lack of precedence to address any of these complaints, simply read on to the rest of the reviews. I hope you're loved ones think twice before moving here, or even think and read before you renew your lease. An attorney has been called for my family at this point but I definitely stand on my word when I say RUN! Do not sign the lease!!!
