Las Lomas Apartments

Run!!! Do not sign the lease!!! My family has been renting here and they have the most horrible living conditions!! Mold!!!! You read that correctly my family member has been deteriorating health wise because they refuse to fill any maintenance requests. Appliances that do not work with food that has spoiled since there is a lack of precedence to address any of these complaints, simply read on to the rest of the reviews. I hope you're loved ones think twice before moving here, or even think and read before you renew your lease. An attorney has been called for my family at this point but I definitely stand on my word when I say RUN! Do not sign the lease!!!

Do not recommend. New management is making an effort and front staff are nice and try to help, but that’s about it. Was left 4 days over the weekend with no hot water and told they couldn’t get an emergency plumber, two full weekends with no water at all, and there’s no water at least half a day 1-3 days per week, every week. And very often the water comes out very dirty. Small roaches are coming in now that it’s cold, I’ve sprayed inside my apartment and told management and they haven’t sent anyone to spray for bugs. The “new” fridges are rusted and moldy. Maintenance leaves an absolute mess if they have to do repairs inside your home.

****DO NOT RENT HERE****** Don’t let “new management “ fool you! We are left without hot water or any water at all at least twice a week! My refrigerator hasn’t worked properly for the last two months and they have not changed it because there aren’t any “available “ and the new owner doesn’t care to replace them. Maintenance had to spray paint their only “good” refrigerator for another tenant since all the other units have mold. This is the horrible noise my refrigerator makes. My family and I have to sleep with this on. ***DO NOT RENT HERE*****

After living for four years at the forefront of the border during the immigration crisis, these apartments are heaven. I had a rough start, and fell behind on payments, but the manager Melissa was kind and worked with me in order for me to catch up. The apartments are so peaceful and quiet, not to mention that they are so close to so many fun things! The park around the corner is amazing, the pool even better, Solana is a 20 minute walk away. A three bedroom apt is below 1000, and that’s unheard of in this area. The only issue is the water, but anyone who’s lived in the area is well aware that the Festival area has plumbing problems and all the houses and apartments in this area have this reoccurring issue. It is not the apartments fault, but a city issue. I see that the apartments are undergoing several renovations and it is exciting to see what becomes of these already heavenly apartments. Thank you staff and maintenance for providing a safe and peaceful and environment.

Management is definitely putting in the effort to bring these cozy apartments back to life. Started off with a lot of hot water issues but thankfully that has been resolved. Any issues I have management is quick to get them fixed. Overall apartments are very cozy and nice ! Neighbors are friendly and respectful as well and maintenance does a good job on keeping up with the cleanliness of the apartments.
