The property is absolutely beautiful, and the units are perfect. This is one of the few places where I can truly see myself staying long-term. Chloe, the leasing manager I worked with, was amazing and made the entire process quick and stress-free. If you’re looking to move here, I highly recommend working with her or any of the other ladies in the office—they are all incredibly professional and great at what they do.

Yes, I want to thank the maintenance man. They came in and did everything that I asked him to do in a timely manner. Everything looks good. Everything is working. I really appreciate them doing that. Thank you Lakeside maintenance guys!😁

It has been a pleasure talking to Ms. Tameka with the general rental information initially. It is hard to find your luck as several applicants come searching daily. However, it is genuinely a quick process, professional, productive with the end in mind upon Ms. Jocelyn’s handling my application, from mandatory Rental Registry, California state-specific programs, VAWA, and through pre-approval sequence. I am humbled when I saw how big its ample space - a Studio and their one-bedroom apartments are. Two I-880 and I-580 freeways, supermarkets, and commercial establishments accessible. There are numerous faith formation nearby. I appreciate the superb staff of San Leandro Lakeside Village as they help you out to make things satisfactory for approval, “Speedy Gonzales,” and prioritizing the details you are seeking for. It’s a win-win!

Loved working with Jocelyn! She was so attentive and responsive on any questions I had. She was patient and fast working and even still communicating about things that were out of her control! She made me feel confident on obtaining a new home for my son and I! Love her down! Ask for Jocelyn on your next move in!!

I would like to give this property 2-star rating because of the price and the fact that there is no waitlist despite the affordable rent rates. But let me tell you. I went on a tour a few months back, and the property is nice on the outside, but they have roaches. DO NOT RENT HERE. After the tour, I mentioned that I saw a couple of them and they shrugged it off. Then had the nerve to ask me if I was interested in an application. I said yeah and never went back. I repeat. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! I also overheard them disregarding and being rude to a resident on the phone who needed maintenance, so it doesn't seem like they are on top of that kind of thing. Update: You are lying, saying that you can't find me in the system. I mentioned roaches, why else would you deny that I was there for a tour? Plausible deniability, perhaps? Typical. There is nothing you can do to help me, especially since you want to pretend like I wasn't there. I already spoke to the person who gave me the tour, and she shrugged it off. What can you actually do for me? It should have been reported to you. I should have taken pictures. I could have posted them here. Smh.
