Chloe was a big help with the move in process. She explained everything and didn’t have any issues with answering all the questions I had. Great customer service.

If I were to assign them a rating of zero stars, that would be their current rating. I have been attempting to request repairs for the bathroom plumbing (dirty water seeping up through the bathtub) since December 9th. Despite my repeated requests, they have informed me that they will be unable to access the problem until December 23rd. Now the apartment is smelling like sewage.

Loved working with Jocelyn! She was so attentive and responsive on any questions I had. She was patient and fast working and even still communicating about things that were out of her control! She made me feel confident on obtaining a new home for my son and I! Love her down! Ask for Jocelyn on your next move in!!

I would like to give this property 2-star rating because of the price and the fact that there is no waitlist despite the affordable rent rates. But let me tell you. I went on a tour a few months back, and the property is nice on the outside, but they have roaches. DO NOT RENT HERE. After the tour, I mentioned that I saw a couple of them and they shrugged it off. Then had the nerve to ask me if I was interested in an application. I said yeah and never went back. I repeat. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! I also overheard them disregarding and being rude to a resident on the phone who needed maintenance, so it doesn't seem like they are on top of that kind of thing. Update: You are lying, saying that you can't find me in the system. I mentioned roaches, why else would you deny that I was there for a tour? Plausible deniability, perhaps? Typical. There is nothing you can do to help me, especially since you want to pretend like I wasn't there. I already spoke to the person who gave me the tour, and she shrugged it off. What can you actually do for me? It should have been reported to you. I should have taken pictures. I could have posted them here. Smh.
