The property management staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work!

The outside is nice. The inside, everything is panted over, nothing is actually done to keep the apartments up to date or pleasing to look at. They can’t even be bothered open up the fuse box to paint, they just paint over it. When the move was happening, the apartment was gross, other peoples drinks were in the fridge and trash in the trash can they provide. Who wants to move in to a place with other people open drinks there and trash? How thoughtless. The cracks on the bathroom tiles are just have some sealant, you can’t replace four bath tiles?? But rent for tiny one bedroom is 800 dollars? Still needing apartment repairs that were initially supposed to be before the move in. If you’re elderly or are helping a family member who is elderly move in, please run away as fast as you can. They have no proper assistance for rent payment needing to be made by our elderly community who may not be tech savvy or even have a touch screen phone. Repeated calls and no actual help. Bianca the manager who can supposedly help, isn’t there and no one else has the ability to do anything apparently. So you just screwed. Lake fairway- actions speak louder than words. If you recognize my name, you already know what this is referring to. Don’t respond here, because that’s as useless as calling into your office.
