La Privada is a great apartment complex The staff are welcoming, approachable, and always willing to lend a hand, making renters feel comfortable and valued. Whether it’s answering questions or helping resolve concerns quickly, their kindness and support create a warm, positive place to live.

Reason im giving a one star is because they say they'll take care of everything and they have a laundry room next to the leasing office and none of the washers work you pay and they dont even work and they ruined your clothes and when you try to complain inside with staff they say is not their problem that they dont know what going on,these washers charge me over $6 and they dont even work

La Privada Apartment scammed and defrauded me. I called and went in person for a tour of one of the apartments that was available for January 2026. Nowhere was there ever a mention that the listing was income restricted, nor during the tour, where they asked for my ID, work, and salary, was there ever a mention of this being income restricted. Additionally, the leasing agent stated that they do not reject anyone if anything, you'll be approved with the condition that your credit is bad, where you might need to provide additional deposit. To this I reply that no problem, I have 800+ credit and six figures salary. They convinced me to apply and paid their application and admin fee. Once they had my money, I got an email denying my application stating that I did not qualify due to the listing is for restricted income only. They ghosted me when I asked for my money back since they took money with no intention of leasing or having availability for me. This is fraud to take money for an application and an admin fee of $175 when there not absolutely no intention of processing the application and not having no availability. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and disputing this with my bank. Don't go here unless you want to get robbed.
