I stopped by for the open house showing of their newly renovated unit, as I’m considering a new job in El Paso. The manager greeted me with kindness and was super friendly! The new upgrades fit my all-black decor aesthetic lol. Unfortunately I won’t be relocating for a couple months! I will be in touch!

Rafael was very helpful answered all my questions when I called. He invited us to his open house showed us 2 options gave detail on both apartments explained the amenities and we fell in love with the newly renovated apartment. Rafael has amazing customer service and we can’t wait to start moving in.

A very clean & nice building! Rafael was very polite & great customer service , I loved the way they treat people & communicate well with you & he explains everything into detail, he also made me feel comfortable & trust him with this decision!

Drove by and decided to stop by. As soon as we entered the building we were greeted and Rafael was amazing gave us the tour and explained everything and answered all of our questions. We went to go view other properties but nothing like the customer service he provided smiling and super nice!!!!

So I really love these apartments the only bad experience I had was with the manager, she likes to go through your home while your gone! I had a pet that I knew I couldn’t have and while I was looking for a new home to rehome her, it was only going to be a temporary situation for a few days! Maryellen forced me to get rid of her! At the back of my mind I was like how did she know that? She kept bugging for the next few days and we forced to put her out. Only because she kept threatening us. I still regret moving here. She would confront me and my family with a new issue she had from time to time. Things you would only know if you went through a home! Very nice apartments and clean but she’s a psycho path and hopefully hire someone else who respects PRIVACY.
