Top it off with a leasing staff whose problem-solving skills rival that of a rock, and you’ve found The 501.

New tenant here, traveling from another state. Alejandra and Monica at the management office have been very helpful with my transition into El Paso, TX. I did not have time to tour any apartments before arriving, but they handled all my questions regarding the property with respect and professionalism. Upon arrival, I was satisfied with the apartment unit I was assigned. I find the spacing to be well thought-out. It’s a lot more spacious than what I imagined for 626 squared feet. The only feedback I could give would be for property management to have floor plans available for clients to look at; otherwise, my experience with them and the property itself has been pleasant.

Definitely a five star rating without a doubt. I have truly enjoyed living in these apartments!! the location is super convenient, and the apartments are greatly maintained. I did not need maintenance often, but when I did, they were able to address any concerns within usually an hour. I have lived in quite a few apartments, and I’ve never received such hospitality as I did here. Most apartments usually have issues that often need to be re-addressed but I never had that problem here and I couldn’t name a single thing wrong with the apartments or management here. It was all great and that’s exactly how it should be when living in an apartment or renting. The owners are so kind and welcoming and the staff as well!! it was always such a pleasant experience here.
