Desert Villas Apartments

The most horrible apartments I have ever lived inn just lasted a year!! Monthly rent was not worth the place. Nothing in my apartment worked. When I moved inn the apartment the walk thru seemed clean but when got the key.. the refrigerator was very dirty and it made an awful sound. The vents were painted over with pigeon feathers Very old stove Microwave did not work at all In the summer the apartment was very hot !! A/c don’t really work They don’t have a gym/ workout room!! When I made work order to get fixed. It took them about 3 months. Pool was not open til the last month. I waited so long to move inn !! Very disappointed They look nice from outside but apartment it self not well taken care off at all !!! Very disappointing

My family and i moved in about a month ago, and we are very happy with our experience so far! The apartment manager Norma is wonderful to work with. She went out of her way to help us get our application approved because of our unique income situation and replaced our carpet AFTER move in when we had a conversation with her about it not being in a better state after being cleaned multiple times. After move in maintenance was prompt and very helpful, and the whole process of moving has been made easier by the staff here. We are very grateful to have found this place!

Very nice apartments good staff maintenance always helpful and management Norma is always helpful and informative in any situation
