Been there a month. Reported seal to freezer detached a week into the apartment. Was told a week after that they ordered the seal. Another week passed waiting for seal to arrive. Called yesterday (3rd week) and was told no seal ordered and maintenance needs to go in and take a picture of seal in order for them to order the replacement seal. I bought groceries and have had several food items spoil… management was also rude the last time I called

I'm glad I looked at the reviews. I lived in these apartments temporarily in 1994. Obviously they changed a lot. Apparently the new management hasn't read these star one, or they don't care. 8 month period of time to let the problem linger until a month ago, definitely changed my mind about promoting staying there.

I’ve lived here for a couple of years now and I do love it here. When it comes to maintenance I really do appreciate Ismael and Carlos for all their help and how nice they were about explaining the process of fixing the leak in my dine in room.

I love the space in the apartments, pet friendly , and that they have trash valet.

this is an older classiec property... although not without its older property issues the staff is absolutely wonderful at addressing problems quickly and efficiently.... it is a challenge sometime but even on weekends they are there to do what needs doing.
