It’s nice and quiet and ducked off which I love and close by everything

The gym is a mess! The AC is not working during this summer, all the mirrors and windows are dirty, the carpet has pet hair everywhere, there’s no paper to clean de machines and there’s no water to drink. The pool is closed. The apartments are really old. The laundry room is in really bad condition, most of the machines don’t even work and we pay for a service we don’t get. There’s issues with the water heater very often. No security camaras for the residents. I told management about all the issues and they didn’t fix them.

It has been one disappointing issue after another. We had been looking forward to moving in, and had to push the date because the apartment was dirty, carpet was as old, windows and doors chipped or broken, etc. Some much needed updates were made so we moved in but the response to our maintenance needs continue to lag and now we feel like we are a bother. There is always a water leak at some apartment and that is always the excuse! It’s obvious there needs to be better management of this complex…if I could do it over, I would keep looking for a different location.
