I’ve had the privilege of living here for a year and a half. My cousin moved in first and recommended me. I recommended 3 coworkers that ended up moving in as well. Living at Caprock has been stress less. Management such as Lana and Angelica were always so pleasant, genuine and helpful. If the apartment needed maintenance, immediately I was reached out to and the matter was always taken care of promptly. I visited the gym everyday at the same hour and each time, staff members would come to clean and it gave me joy to see how clean everything was left. From the laundry rooms to the pools to the walkways, all Is well kept. My boyfriend and I are Officers and we’ve always felt safe and felt right at home even when we’re not from Texas. Caprock has set the bar high and we hope that as we move out of state, we find the very same treatment we received here. Best regards, with love.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and so far it’s been really good! I have a 2 b/2b apartment and it’s really good for the price. During the summer time certain pools were out of commission but only for a short while. I use the small gym sometimes and it has all the basics. Property management is always trying to make the place better, the maintenance people are on top of orders, and they have no monthly pet rent just a fee which is honestly unheard of. I’ve already signed for a 2nd year and I plan on living here for a while. The only thing is the parking is narrow so moving in was hard and sometimes confusing to explain where your apartment is to guests. My car has been dinged in the parking lot and there’s no covered parking but that’s not really the managements fault. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience and Lana is so nice. She’s always helped me through my questions (which I ask a lot of them) and when I was moving in they really worked with me as I was moving from the Midwest.

I've had the pleasure of calling Caprock Apartments home for 12 incredible years. Every morning, I'm treated to a breathtaking view from my balconies as I sip my coffee and watch the sun rise over the majestic mountain that's literally right in our backyard. The beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with stunning trees, immaculately manicured grass, and vibrant rose bushes, are a constant delight. And let's not forget the pristine pools that are always inviting. But what truly makes living at Caprock Apartments so special is the exceptional staff, led by the wonderful Manager Angelica, Assistant Manager Lana, and the entire team of dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to ensure our community is always looking its best.

I would not recommend living here. I stayed at Caprock for a year, and a few months in, my car was broken into. I assumed the property had security cameras...especially since they have them around the pool and encourage people to report others, but I was told they don’t. I also had packages stolen while living there.Parking was always a nightmare. There was hardly ever a spot available!When it came time to move out, they charged us for everything that wasn’t “properly” cleaned.. down to the smallest details..I never even used the ice trays because of personal hygiene preferences, and they still charged me for one being broken. They also misled us about the allocated utility bills. They said these would be charged monthly, but they didn’t add them for two months in May and June. So when we moved out, they kept our deposit and charged us extra. Worst part is their attitude completely changed during the move-out process. They were rude during the walkthrough. If you decide to live here, document everything from day one. But personally, I would look elsewhere.

Honestly, the best staff. They are helpful, kind, and patient! The apartments are cute and spacious with amazing amenities in the community. Like 2 pools, gym, sand volleyball, racquet ball, tennis, laundry facilities, and hook-ups in select apartments.
