Communication was clear, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the home was exactly as described. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with B-B Rentals was absolutely terrible. This company operates like a family mafia, and the main agent, Bertha Norzagaray, is an arrogant, mean-spirited, and rude person. Stay away from them! We rented a property for one year. From day one, the house was not delivered with professional cleaning, and the carpets were in disgusting condition. Throughout the entire year, the company showed a complete lack of interest in attending to our needs as tenants. The biggest issue occurred upon contract termination. We handed the house over in better condition than when we received it, yet out of a $1900 deposit, they only returned $800. • Unjustified Withholding: Bertha Norzagaray presented false evidence to justify the retention. We have photos and videos that prove the condition in which we delivered the house! • False Charges: They are trying to charge us for professional carpet service even though I hired a professional service and have all the evidence to prove it. In addition to their poor professional management, we have heard them speak ill of tenants and mock them with other realtors. This will not end here. We have all the documentation and evidence to take this case to court and defend our rights. This review is a warning so that no one falls into the hands of this exploitative company . There are much more professional and honest property managers out there.

B-B Rentals was consistently attentive in responding to phone calls and emails. Their team was professional, kind, and accommodating, especially when we needed to move out earlier than planned. We truly enjoyed our rental and created many wonderful memories there. El Paso will be dearly missed.
