Arcadia at Montecillo

Don't waste your time or money living at Arcadia. Elevator always break. The Key Fob doors to get into the building sometimes don't work (false sense of security)or you cant get into the building. Way too pricey for what your getting in return, take the time to find a home to rent one. enjoy the privacy of a home. Speaking of privacy, just throw that thought out the window. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING!!! The halls echo, which will wake you up to peoples conversations and footsteps when you're inside the apartment. The Pool Party s _it shows...expect random car dings, vandalism and trash everywhere! Also worth mentioning a women walking her dog in front of the dog park almost got kidnapped, Its not a safe area to walk in towards the night. That whole area is facade to make you cool and safe so you can spend your hard earned cash. The building has wind damage and some rain gutters still broken and missing even afters two years. Maintenance to the building is obvious, you just have to look. Lastly, the management office. I have mixed experiences with management office staff some good, but mostly sub par and very weak policies that are more benefit to help themselves.

Super clean apartment complex smack dab in the middle of a great night life scene! Just a walk or a short drive to Malolam. The Davenport and the Elmont Swim Club are the frosting on the cake. Daniel is the cherry on top!
