I am absolutely blown away by the customer service here! My jaw is still on the floor. Adriana is an absolute sweetheart, and I have never received such incredible care from a leasing office before. From the very first phone call to the apartment tour, she was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. You can tell she truly loves what she does and is passionate about helping people find the right home. I’m so happy I ended up here. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Adriana and the entire team at Alza Dwellings. From the very first phone call, before I had even stepped foot on the property, Adriana made me feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. I was actually calling several apartment communities and had a list of places I planned to tour, but after speaking with her, that list didn’t even matter anymore. It wasn’t the amenities she was describing or the apartment itself that won me over, it was her. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely invested in helping me find a home. There was something so comforting about the way she spoke with me that immediately gave me peace of mind. When I came in for a tour, my intention was simply to look around and continue apartment shopping afterward. Instead, within a very short amount of time, Adriana helped guide me through the application process, got everything moving quickly, and before I knew it, I was approved and walking out knowing I had found my new home. What makes this even more impressive is that it was a holiday weekend. I expected delays and a long process, but Adriana was on top of everything every step of the way. She was responsive, organized, and incredibly proactive. Since moving in, that level of service has never changed. Any time I have a question, need a recommendation, or need help with anything at all, Adriana either has the answer immediately or quickly finds it for me. Her manager has been equally wonderful, and the maintenance team has been amazing as well. What I love most about Alza Dwellings is that it doesn’t feel like an apartment complex, it feels like a community. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. As a single woman, feeling safe where I live is extremely important, and I can honestly say I feel completely comfortable and secure here. The amenities aren’t just there for show, they are actually used and enjoyed by residents. I work remotely, and I genuinely look forward to taking my laptop out to the community spaces, working alongside neighbors, spending time in the fitness center, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. There is always positive energy, activity, and a sense of connection. The best way I can describe it is this: it feels like one big family. There is life here. There is community here. There is kindness here. I love living here so much that I’ve actually invited friends and family over just so I can give them a tour of the property. At this point, I feel like an unofficial tour guide because I’m constantly telling people how much I love living here! If you’re looking for an apartment in El Paso, especially if you’re a student, medical professional, remote worker, or simply someone looking for a safe, welcoming place to call home. I wholeheartedly recommend Alza Dwellings. The location is fantastic, the community is incredible, and the staff truly care. Adriana, thank you for everything. I can't believe how amazing this place is . The staff the rooms Hilton just went number 2 because this place is now my number 1 . Amazing service , amazing everything . Thank you we love it here .
