Storage Mart on San Pablo avenue in Oakland the property manager is so rude and her name is Monica I've never met a more unprofessional woman in a business area in my life nothing the rest of the people that work there are friendly but they do their job I'm going to have a great fish a half a star it wasn't my facility that I rented from them I have picked up a storage auction and was for you was so much disrespect thank you for me not going there back there again

Came in the to look and get a unit for a family member , Melissa was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns. Great customer service. Would recommend.

Monica & Ben are really great. Location is a little busy but still works out. Prices are affordable, staff is friendly . If I can give out more than Five stars I totally would.
