I want to give a special thank you to Shay for all of her help and support. She is willing to go the extra mile for residents. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to help whenever needed. Shay has made my experience at Parkwood Townhomes a positive one, and I truly appreciate everything she does. I would recommend Parkwood Townhomes to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with excellent management.

My first true place of my own thanks to the kindest , funny and very charismatic person you may ever meet. My leasing agent, Ms Shasta . From the beginning to the end of me signing my lease she was helpful and considerate and made sure I felt welcomed into this community. For that I'm grateful. Thank you and I love my new place

Me and my bf just got approved for a home and Shay was absolutely wonderful and made me feel safe and understood, she was so sweet and showed us our new place. please consider moving here.

Me and my girlfriend were looking for townhomes in the area and came across Parkwood. We applied and definitely the best decision we made. Shay is amazing after we had a technical issue with the application, Shay helped us through it and we are lucky now to call parkwood our new home. Honestly this is the first complex we’ll be living at that I genuinely couldn't find any negatives. We can’t wait to move in and great experience all around!
