🛑😒😢🤨Do not move here, unless you want to go broke every month,end up with bad credit and the constable beating your door down after you have paid a 2500 rent bill.In all my years of living in apartments I've never had this type of terrible experience and it hasn't even been a full year. My family moved into these apartments in 08/2025. This company and the office staff are very money hungry. Everything was fine until 2 months after they took my 2000 deposit.They fell to mission extra fees at move in,where your rent starts at 1700 and goes up to 2000 since your paying the whole buildings water bill.The only good of these apartments are that the maintenance staff are wonderful. They respond to tickets quickly and are very nice. The staff in the leasing office are horrible, and they don't really do their job correctly. My husband had a stroke but in the midst, we've never had financial problems till we moved here. This last month in February, we ran across a difficult time were he gets sick and I ended up having to pay the rent late, but in the same monthly time frame.Next thing we receive, after paying the rent,was a cop at our door serving us an eviction notice, and of course the office staff lied about it being dismissed. The following day a staff member beats our door down wanting to put an eviction notice on the inside of our door, 🤔🤨,who does that. Yes, I've worked in the corporate world, and this is unprofessional. Yes, they have a job to do,but their not doing it right to the point of not caring about you, your family or your well-being where business can be handled correctly. God gives us warnings before destruction, and I hate we missed our warning, but you don't have to miss yours. PRAY & THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE, GOD BLESS.

To start off, I moved into these apartments in 09/2023. Everything was fine until November of last year. Also, let me say that the maintenance staff are wonderful. They respond to tickets quickly and are very nice. The staff in the leasing office is a totally different story. In November last year I was going through a difficult time and for the first time since I moved there forgot to pay my rent. In the state I was in I didn't think to check my emails. I didn't realize I hadn't paid my rent until there was a cop at my door serving me an eviction notice. That's when I check my email and saw they sent 1 email. No call, when mind you they have no issue calling about any other BS. So I ended up having to pay about $3,500 to resolve that. Wiping out just about all my savings. Then, I let them know I was planning on moving out. I was off a couple days from the 60 days they ask to be notified, rather than just saying ok the young lady said it has to be 60 days and pushed my move out date to 2/6/2026 when my lease was up 1/24/2026. When I went to the office to turn in my keys on 2/5/2026, I let the young lady there that day know the rent owed was still the full amount for that month. Once the manager adjusted it, the next day when the update showed on my end, they charged me a $129 late charge. How is it my fault they didn't fix the amount due in a timely manner when they had the paperwork stating I was moving out? So needless to say they are just money hungry and do not care about you or your well-being in any sense. Think twice before moving here.

After experiencing what I have experienced and reading some other reviews it is apparent that the front office from the front desk up to management are terrible. Frankly I believe that they all are in kahoots with some type of scheme. Overall terrible management communication and care for the residents. The way they move or talk when something wrong happens is as if they have already pre palmed their conversations to belittle the situation. And it’s very irritating and can no longer trust this property So story goes like this, me and my wife get married in the middle of a lease and wanted to transfer to a larger unit. The transfer process was so beyond stressful having to call or go into the office daily to get updates on next steps for transferring nearly a month to get to point where I can sign the new lease. Took this long despite my diligent efforts to try and lock down a price that was reasonable for me. So now this Is where I am really taken over the edge. I found myself saying ok fine it’s whatever they’re just busy or just giving grace for the situation. So me and my wife finally sign the new lease because up to this point the apartments were great quiet area, nice finishes in the unit, literally no complaints and I have lived in multiple apartments in nicer parts of dfw. Unfortunately with the timing of everything we ended up having to end the lease on her birthday. Everything had been cleaned nothing left but one thing which was my wife’s bday gift I intended for her to find the gift valued at almost 300$ before we were due to return the keys. I tell my wife to go look at the old unit to our surprise the key doesn’t work. So before we did a walk thru or turned in keys they have changed the locks started painting and refreshing the unit with no gift in sight. We’re asking the painters the front office and no one can tell me who was in the why the unit was being refreshed literally no answers to the info they would obviously have like the name of the paint company who arranged for paint to come in who changed locks and no one wanted answer even after talking to 2 of the in house managers, Submitting police report. So after yet again multiple days going into the office to get resolution the first thing they advise is use me renters insurance I said ain’t no way I’m taking an amount responsibility for this mount vernon and mount vernon alone will fix this issue eventually I get ahold of the lady in corporate who was on vacation over the Christmas holiday however she was actually a lot more pleasant and empathetic to the situation and eventually submitted a credit for the cost of the gift Overall I am just disappointed with the property as it was one the best units I’ve lived in and there is so much distrust I have now with the property and has now been a safety concern that someone will be in my unit unannounced and so much more

I watch them go into apartments when people aren’t there specifically my neighbor and more specifically kay from the leasing office and was in there a little too long to just be putting a note on the inside of the dwelling. They also have electric issues, roaches and a hard time doing there job Save yourself some money and headaches. Currently don’t have cold water Monday through Friday and they are choosing to act like they don’t know what’s going on and won’t answer

I pay for a reserved parking each month and for me to have to wait to days to get a vehicle that wasn’t mines out of my reserve parking is ridiculous! Kay-Kayla is so ridiculous and annoying, I called up there and asked to speak to someone higher then her she told me there was no one higher then her she is the manager ( which she lied I spoke with the manager today) she will tell you what you wanna hear so you can stop calling to the front office, I specifically told her and also gave her the car make, mobile and license plate but still manage to tow the wrong car away, I even stopped the tow truck when I seen him and told him that was the wrong vehicle and she Tells the tow guy to go ahead and tow the vehicle because it’s not working anyway and that he will be back.She was absolutely wrong for what she did she didn’t even warn the other people about their vehicle which wasn’t even in a reserved spot she just was being low down and wanted to take my neighbors vehicle with no proper cause ! The tow truck never came back ! The vehicle was still in my reserve parking when I got up this morning ! They even painted the wrong reserved parking spot that’s not even mines! Literally 3 spots over from me at another apartment building! I’m not lying play the calls back and check them emails because I spent her a photo of where my parking space was! Not to attention had to pay a $800 deposit with good credit and she couldn’t give me nor show me why I had to pay $800 ( my reserved parking is where the blue suv is ) the empty one is where my neighbors suv was how did she get that mixed up??!!!!???!!!!
