I can't even keep my dog food bowl out geesh We pay for pest control but get NONE UNLESS YOU Have a problem then make a maintenance call Who in the hell wants to wait until ur covered in ants RIP OFF IS WHAT THIS Place is. U pay despite u take ur trash to dumpster then for whatever reason they add additional charges to the required 30/month

Stay far away from this complex Management is more worried about themselves and kids enrolled in Denton schools My friend lives here until lease is up and she complains about the FEES. So watch out The parking is inadequate and a MAJOR NEGATIVE it's funny how the claim these units are little cottages lol what they are in my opinion are tiny apartments. Nothing close to a townhouse or cottage. TRUST ME THIS PLACE CHARGES INSANE FEES FROM STARTUP THEN THE CABLE IS A JOKE, INTERNET DOWN MOST OF THE TIME, YOUR CHARGED FOR PEST CONTROL AND OTHER ESSENTIALS THEY REFER TO THAT NEVER HAPPEN. BOTTOM LINE DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY/FRIENDS A FAVOR KEEP LOOKING THE YARDLY ELM YOU WILL REGRET Google must let companies pick and choose reviews to actually be seen. So many people complain PARKING INADEQUATE, MANAGEMENT IS STUCKUP CONTROLLED ACCESS CHEAP MALFUNCTIONING EBERY OTHER DAY THE FEES ARE TOTALLY BULL CRAP IF YOU ACTIVATE RING SERVICE HAHA WHAT joke. It goes off Everytime someone just walks down the walkway in front of your unit.

This place is ridiculously over priced for the value. Fees, fees, fees Pool closed most of the time You can't use pool amenities with anything to drink Clubhouse is tiny and offered only when office is open hello meaning useless If your late one day HELLO BAM ADD $200 MINIMUM BOTTOM LINE YOU ADD $300 TO BASE RENT FOR ESSENTIALS AIR FILTERS used are cheap and not what unit requires No auto pest services or filter changes despite you pay monthly The trash service is a joke Need I say more Oh PARKING SPACES OMG FORGET a 2nd car or a visitor. Well if they don't mind walking a half mile

We have lived at Yardly Elm for about a year now and have been sooo happy!! The maintenance team, David and Asher, have gone above and beyond for us while we have lived here. They are so quick to fix anything we need and always do it with a smile on their faces!! If you’re thinking about moving here, use this as your sign!!

The community is amazing the staff is amazing anytime I need anything looked at they are on it. I love my home its beautiful love the private back yards the built in doggy door. Just a great place to live love highly recommend
