We have only lived here for about six months and we are really enjoying it so far. I did want to highlight the maintenance team but specifically Marcellus, who is not only super friendly but is super helpful and made sure we felt welcome as soon as we got here he has hand delivered our packages when he knew they wouldn’t arrive properly to our door. Recently when we had some extensive water issues, he made sure to keep us updated and accommodate us. The rest of the leasing agents and property management has also been very great and helpful to anything we have needed!

Just recently moved into this community As the weather has changed I have had a small issue with my ac/heat. David, Marcellus and Asher have been very kind, helpful and quick to respond, no matter the time of day. Everyone at this apartment home community has been kind, courteous, helpful and friendly.

On my sixth month of life at Yardly Elm and still loving my new home. The staff here is top notch! Quick to respond to my concerns. I’d especially like to recognize the maintenance team. Just yesterday I put in a request on the easy to use app and Marcel was knocking on my door within a 2-3 minutes and swiftly took care of my issue. (Thank you, Marcel.) Each maintenance request has been treated with swiftness and the team does so in a professional, courteous manner. A truly admirable business model, Yardly! I’m proud to tell folks this is where I live.
